Colour Variations
Easily change the colour scheme to 1 of 5 colours within the theme options.
Smart Searching
The user will be able to filter his search by location, bedrooms, bathrooms, price and whether he/she wants to rent or buy. They can use all search fields or a combination of just a few and the theme will show accurate results.
Fading Banner
On the homepage you have the ability to display a series of properties through a fading banner. You can edit how many you want to show, if you want to show the latest properties or a random selection. This is all set within the theme options.

Global Text
You can edit the homepage text (“Buying a Home” in the demo), phone number, phone number tag line all within the theme options. These snippets are displayed throughout the theme.
Image Count ToolTip
When you hover over an image on the property previews you’ll notice a tooltip display how many images are attached to that post – this function is all automatic.
No Custom Fields!
As an experienced Wordpress theme buyer, I always disliked it when I had to fill out multiple custom fields. This is not the case with Realist! When editing a post, you already have the fields ready and labelled. You can easily input how many beds, bathrooms, garages etc that property has plus more!
Automatic Image Attachment
No need to get the image URL or resize your images to fit in the correct places, it’s all done for you! All you do is upload the property images using the Wordpress up-loader and the theme will take care of the rest.
Property Contact Form
The user has the ability to contact you about a certain property on every property listing. You’ll receive an email stating who it’s from, the message they wrote and what property they are enquiring about.
Google Maps
Each property will have a map of the location, all done automatically for you. You don’t have to do anything but enter in the location when creating the property post.

1. Fixed Price issue where the comma would display in the incorrect places
2. Fixed Google Analytics from not working
3. Fixed manual banner from not working. You now need to create a category dedicated to the banner. This category will be excluded from the menu’s to stop clutter.
4. Added manual location field in-case Google is unable to find the address.
